The Freedom Alliance Military Leadership Academy
For nine years, the Freedom Alliance Military Leadership Academy has been teaching America's youth the necessary steps to lay a solid foundation which they can build upon to become successful adults and a positive influence in their communities. The mission of the Military Leadership Academy is to educate, motivate and inspire young Americans to become positive, productive leaders in their communities, to teach the importance of a physically fit, drug-free lifestyle and explain the necessity of teamwork and the value of service to a cause greater than one’s self. Simply, our vision is to transform young men and women into well grounded leaders.
We do this by introducing them to positive role models and military leaders, teaching them leadership skills, and encouraging them to believe in their own potential.
Objectives:
- Introduce students to the United States military, its way of life and method of developing leaders.
- Inspire students to become leaders through interaction with military personnel.
- Teach students leadership principles based on the Academy's Core Values.
- Reinforce what the students have learned through practical, hands-on leadership building exercises.
- Challenge students to develop and use their leadership skills to benefit their local communities and nation.
