Command Leadership
Thomas P. Kilgannon, President:
Thomas Kilgannon serves as the President of Freedom Alliance, an educational and charitable foundation dedicated to preserving the American heritage of freedom and defending U.S. sovereignty.
At Freedom Alliance, Kilgannon instituted the Military Leadership Academy which encourages high school students to serve their country. Through this program, students learn valuable leadership skills which inspire them to serve a cause greater than their own self interest.
Tom is a graduate of New York University where he studied economics. He has appeared on CNBC, MSNBC, Fox News, CNN International, C-SPAN, and Court TV, and numerous nationally syndicated radio programs. Tom is the host of the Freedom First radio program on the Rightalk Network. He is also the author of Diplomatic Divorce: Why America Should End Its Love Affair With the United Nations.
Calvin K. Coolidge, Director of Programs:
As Freedom Alliance’s Director of Programs, Calvin K. Coolidge is responsible for the successful recruitment and training of hundreds of students participating in the Academies each year. Since its inception, Calvin has been instrumental in creating and developing the Academy’s training doctrine, overseeing its operations and meeting with members of Congress to ensure its continued growth and success. Calvin also oversees the administering of Freedom Alliance's Scholarship Fund and coordinates the efforts of Freedom Alliance's Support Our Troops program. A former member of the Virginia Army National Guard, Calvin currently resides in Ashburn, Virginia with his wife Cara and son David.
Pepper Ailor, Academy Director:
As the Academy Director of the 2007 Military Leadership Academy classes, Pepper was honored to bring his own experiences of ROTC and USMC Officer Candidate School to bolster the already outstanding training program that was established in 2001. Pepper looks forward to every opportunity to serve those who serve our country and training the next generation of American leaders.
Adam Raezler, Director of Curriculum:
Adam Raezler received his undergraduate degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University, receiving two Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy and International Relations. Mr. Raezler is currently attending Norwich University for his Masters in Diplomacy and International Terrorism. After Adam graduated from James Madison College at Michigan State he worked as a faculty advisor for the Congressional Youth Leadership Council and the National Youth Leadership Forum where he also worked on the programs curriculum. Mr. Raezler currently serves as the Director of Curriculum for the Freedom Alliance Military Leadership Academy.
