Lead from the Front – Paid Internship Opportunity

The Freedom Alliance Military Leadership Academy is seeking highly motivated and outstanding ROTC college students to work with the Academy this summer.  We are looking for students who excel both inside and outside the classroom and individuals who hold themselves to the highest personal standards.

Take Ownership of the Program
The Instructor Staff is expected to take a personal interest in the program and in the character development of the cadets. Instructors are encouraged to continue to develop the activities and curriculum of the Academy and to bring their own leadership knowledge and experiences to bear in order to strengthen the program as well as their own abilities. Activities created by former Instructor Staff include:

  1. A 48 hour field exercise where the necessary battle drills for conducting MOUT and fireteam tactics were instructed and then put into practice.
  2. A “Support our Troops” Car Wash conducted in order to provide an opportunity for cadets to serve those who serve and to encourage the value of community service.
  3. Curriculum Class on the Army Core Values:, BE, KNOW, DO.
  4. The creation of the Medical Billet and associated SOPs.
  5. PT routines including a Combat Endurance Test.

By joining the Freedom Alliance Military Leadership Academy cadre you will be able to participate in unique activities and classes that help instill positive influences in today’s American youth.  Our Staff will interact with the Academy cadets on a daily basis and you will be able to help further enhance the cadets’ interest in the U.S. military.

As an Academy Instructor, you will lead cadets in physical training; teach drill, land navigation, and field tactics; and monitor and supervise the safety of the cadets during all training cycles.

The Academy is also seeking individuals with EMT, administrative, and/or photography qualifications and interests.

This is a great opportunity for those seeking practical leadership experiences before being commissioned in the U.S. Armed Forces. Freedom Alliance understands and honors your summer ROTC obligations.
