Application Process

To be eligible for the program, you must be:

• Between ages 14 – 18
• Enrolled in high school
• A U.S. citizen
• Able to participate in strenuous physical activities
• Able to maintain a positive attitude during challenges

This program is not recommended for adolescents with ADD, ADHD, Bi-polar disorder, or similar.  WE ARE NOT A DELINQUENCY PROGRAM.

To Apply:

1. Download the 2008 Registration Packet (PDF)
2. Read all parts of the packet including the Academy Brief, the Rules and Regulations, and the Frequently Asked Questions
3. Complete the forms in the packet including the Student Application Form, the Medical Release Form, the Hold Harmless/Waiver of Liability Form, and the Acknowledgement of Rules/Photography Release Form.  All answers must be complete, leaving no blank spaces.
4. Mail all forms with the application fee of $25 to:

Applications must be received no later than May 15, 2008.

You will be notified regarding acceptance no later than May 20, 2008.
