Application Process

To be eligible for the program, you must be:

• Between ages 14 – 18
• Enrolled in high school
• A U.S. citizen
• Able to participate in strenuous physical activities
• Able to maintain a positive attitude during challenges

This program is not recommended for adolescents with ADD, ADHD, Bi-polar disorder, or similar. Contact the Academy Director, Mr. Tim Strickler, to discuss your son or daughter's qualifications at 800-475-6620.

To Apply:

1. Download the 2010 Camp Application (PDF) -APPLY NOW!!!
2. Read all parts of the packet.
3. Complete the packet in its entirety, leaving no answers blank. You may either fill in the information by hand (please write legibly) or enter the information on your computer, then print the form. Ensure all signature lines are complete.
4. Mail all forms with the application fee of $25 to:
